While I have not worked directly with Dotti Owens, I have watched her dedication to the field over many years. She has consistently demonstrated a genuine commitment to medicolegal death investigation and to the families and communities we serve. Those qualities cannot be taught; they are reflected in how a person approaches the responsibility of this work. I believe she has the character, work ethic, and professionalism to serve as Coroner of Ada County, Idaho.
